HOA Requirements
•Tenants must schedule their move-in with the HOA from the website, www.cpi-mgmt.com
•Tenats must notify building of when they are looking to move in so they can see if there is space on the calendar. The allotted times are M-F 9-1 or 1-5.
The lease fee / move in fee is $250 (this is up to the owner who pays for it) but it does go on the owner's account. There is a $250 deposit that will need to be paid by check before moving in, this will be held in the office until they are finished. The move in fee is $250 and the deposit for a move in is $250. The deposit check is held here in my office until they are finished and then they get it back if there is no damage to the walls or elevator. They can move in on the weekend without an extra charge.

The first person to pay the deposit and fees will have the opportunity to move forward with a lease. You must be approved to pay the deposit and fees.
